Storage Tips

Warm Weather – Your balm may soften in high heat. If it melts completely, simply place it in the fridge with the lid off until it re-solidifies. For long periods of heat, store in a cool, dry place or refrigerate to maintain consistency.

Cool Weather – Balm may firm up in colder temps. To soften, warm the jar in your hands, place it near a warm spot (like a shower or sunny windowsill), or submerge the sealed jar in warm water for a few minutes.

This is a natural, temperature-sensitive product with no synthetic stabilizers—small shifts in texture are normal and don’t affect its performance.
